How to Order Items via email

links listed down the left side of the page or by using the drop-down
quick menus at the top of the page.

Send an e mail to Susan@CMPonline.biz to check availability
Once
you found all the items you want simply send an e mail to Susan
at susan@cmponline.biz
where she will check stock availability in South Africa and will
make further arrangements with you regarding delivery and payment.
AACA and CMPonline will confirm all orders before shipping.

Virtually
every item is available in South Africa and you can have it the
next day at your Post office with SPEEDSERVICES (R79.00). All
the products in South Africa are already custom cleared and the
price you pay is all inclusive.
Multitrax must be ordered from Dubai (UAE), as it's not available
in South Africa.
Ordering
Online using 2CheckOut
If you order
on the Internet, it need to be shipped from the UAE and all duties
- customs and VAT - will have to be paid in South Africa, before
delivery. It will take time and will cost more as all the products
in South Africa are already custom cleared and the price you pay
is all inclusive.

Delivery
Address
To ensure
the safety of your parcel, within South Africa - AACA offers only
counter-to-counter delivery where proof of identification is required
.
All other
orders, outside South Africa - will be shipped DHL DOOR TO DOOR
or REGISTERED AIR MAIL
The delivery
details that you provide during the ordering process MUST INCLUDE
the following:

" Name and Code of your nearest Post Office
" Contact telephone number(s) where we can reach you during
the day
Your parcel
will be delivered to your selected Post Office counter. However
we still require your Physical Address for security purposes.
Orders will not be shipped before all the relevant details have
been received.
Orders can
only be shipped to customers in the Middle East and surrounding
African countries.

Payment
Options
AACA Music
and CMPonline accepts the following payment options:

" Direct Deposit into AACA Bank Account
The direct
deposit payment option allows you to pay for the order by a direct
deposit into our bank account. Your order will be shipped the
moment we receive proof of payment.
Once you
have placed your order and it is confirmed, the quoted amount
must be deposited into the AACA bank account using the following
details:

Your order
will be processed once proof of payment has been received. Once
the deposit has been made please fax a copy of the deposit slip
to AACA Music at +27 21 554-3520 or +971 4 885 8680 to ensure
the speedy delivery of your order.
Foreign
Currencies
All prices
of products in the AACA and CMPonline store are quoted in SA Rand.
According to the South African Reserve Bank's ruling, only SA
Rand will go through the gateway. Because of this ruling, our
products are advertised in SA Rand.
Because Visa
and MasterCard operate on a worldwide basis the AACA and CMPonline
store is able to accept orders from customers outside South Africa,
but the funds will be processed in SA Rand denomination. Note
that final order total for international orders in other currencies
may vary by a couple of cents, depending on the exchange rate
at the time of the transaction.

Receive order confirmation
AACA
and CMPonline will send a confirmation e-mail to you as soon as
we ship your order.

Collect your parcel
Collect
your parcel from your Post Office within 48 hours after you have
received your final confirmation e-mail or phone call from AACA.
Your final order confirmation e-mail or phone call will normally
include a unique tracking order for your parcel as well as an estimated
delivery time.Orders
from countries outside South Africa may require additional delivery
time.
