is in the fitness industry for more than two decades and has
a well-known and successful similar business in South Africa,
known as AACA (Advanced Aerobic Course Academy), for the past
10 years. Susan holds a Masters degree in Physical Education
and trained aerobic instructors for many years.
CMPonline
distributes music specially designed for aerobic and fitness
instructors from hi/lo, step, kickboxing, cycling to body conditioning,
aqua, Pilates and circuit classes. We also offer instructional
videos and dvd's for instructors compiled by the world's leading
instructors e.g. Rebecca Small, Marcus Irvin, Janis Saffell,
Karen Voigt, Mindy Mylrea, Andre Houle and many more.
