the safety of your parcel CMP offers door-to-door delivery.
The delivery details that you provide during the ordering
process MUST INCLUDE the following:

· Contact telephone number(s) where we can reach you during
the day, landline and mobile number
· E mail address
Your parcel
will be delivered at your door. Orders will not be shipped before
all the relevant contact details have been received.

Once you
have received confirmation from CMPonline that your order
has been shipped you can trace the progress of your parcel's
delivery by logging into the DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS website.
Select that "Track an Order" option and enter the unique "Tracking
Number" you have received from CMPonline with confirmation
of your order.
International
deliveries
Orders
received from any other Country, including any Southern Africa
destination will also be shipped with DHL WORDLWIDE EXPRESS.
It will take between 2 - 3 days to any destination worldwide.

Policy
We offer
a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - at CMPonline, we exist
to delight our customers. Each product we offer is designed
to inspire you and your classes. Therefore CMPonline
maintains a customer-friendly refund policy. However, to avoid
fraud or copyright piracy no refunds are offered on delivered
items that have been opened and used by the customer.
Should
a customer for some reason require a refund on any delivered
item(s), all items must be returned to CMPonline unopened
within 10 days of delivery. If you are sent the wrong product
please send it back to us unopened within 10 days and we will
be glad to replace it for the correct item. No cash refunds
will be made, but replacement items will be made available to
customers.
If you
haven't received your package within allotted delivery times
(see Shipping Info) please let us know and we
will do whatever we can in assisting you to get your package.
No refunds are offered on missing or undelivered parcels, since
CMPonline ensures the safe delivery of all parcels and
always has Proof of Delivery documentation available for all
parcels.
